Francis joined in 2007 and is the key leader of The PUZZLE. He manages the business development and sales aspects of the company. Francis is a pioneer of creativity and inspiration which gained recognition from the industry.
Francis is deeply passionate about sports and youth development. He was named Chief Executive Committee of Winling Care Program, Vice President of Hong Kong Basketball Association. He is the founder of Youth Athletic and Fitness Academy and was also named Secretary-general of Junior Chamber International Shatin.
Grace is responsible for the direction and strategies of the company. Grace spearheads The PUZZLE moving towards a truly comprehensive marketing agency by her determined efforts. She also reinforces the philosophy of “We are Dedicated to Excellence” to aggrandize first-class customer service of the company. Prior to The PUZZLE, Grace held senior roles in media and telecom industries which brings her mastery of people management, brand consulting, PR and experiential marketing.
Grace is greatly committed to charity activities. She established Corporate Volunteer Team for The PUZZLE and leads her associates to participate diversified community service.

Winnie is a seasoned Public Relations professional with over 15 years of experience. She has expertise in formulating media strategy and organising press activities, including awards presentation, artists’ interviews, press conference for local and international events.
Liz is a savvy marketer with 8 years of experience in marketing communications and event management. She has an impressive track record in branding and promotion.
